We DO NOT accept returns. Exchanges are accepted only on items that are in original condition with the original tags, and have not been altered, worn, washed, or damaged. A store credit will be issued and can be used towards any future purchase(s).
Customer(s) will be responsible for shipping & handling fee(s) to and from our facility in regards to exchanges(s) of any kind.
We inspect all items and reserve the right to deny an exchange based on the returned condition(s).
Customer(s) will be granted 1 exchange per transaction, after an exchange has been made, that garment becomes FINAL SALE.
Please do not ship items back to us that have been worn and/or have stains on them as we will not be able to process your exchange.
We strongly recommend that you insure the package in case of lost or damaged shipment(s) and/or consider purchasing tracking and/or delivery confirmation, as we are only able to make an exchange on merchandise we receive.
We cannot be responsible for lost times being returned to us.

When an order has been successfully completed beyond checkout cancelations are NOT APPLICABLE. (If customer receives an order number/transaction ID number, transaction is complete.
Swimsuits, bodysuits, custom & couture items as well as any undergarments are NON RETURNABLE/ EXCHANGEABLE, FINAL SALE and no exceptions.
